At Counseling Services, LLC, we’ve built a supportive office where licensed mental health professionals can thrive. For over 35 years, we’ve helped clinicians in Jackson, Michigan create meaningful, sustainable practices without the limitations of traditional agency models. Originally owners - clinicians Barbara Seabury, Betty Gaffney, and Dr. David Rubin - envisioned a collective model: each therapist owning their own practice while sharing resources and support with a community of other therapists. That model continues today.

Here’s what makes us different:​

• Stay independent – you set your schedule, keep full clinical control, and own your practice.

• Get the support you need – we provide referrals, insurance paneling support, office staff for billing & scheduling, EHR/telehealth platforms, and monthly group consultation.

• Work in a beautiful setting – fully furnished offices in a wooded area, plus the camaraderie of a warm, welcoming team.​

• Keep everything you earn; pay only a flat rental fee based on the number of days you want to work.
